26.05.06 MANAGING CHANGE AT WORK:

What organisations do to help with transition and change, makes a difference to the outcome, most importantly being open and honest, communicating regularly, providing relevant information and support is key to successful change being implemented. .

Understanding the change cycle can help people to identify where they are and what they can do to move forward. They can also start to understand why people around them might be behaving in a particular way. Finding ways of getting support and supporting others will all add to a sense of collaboration and contribution?

Acknowledging change is a part of life and there are positive actions that can be taken to make the transition a positive experience so that obstacles can be addressed with a sense of certainty.
